Watching the International Space Station zip through the night’s sky became a favorite past-time of people across the world a little less than a month ago, as the celestial event became a must-see spectacle and an awe-inspiring phenomenon.
The space station itself may not have been the only object streaking across the night skies, however, according to the ISS’ own live feed, which is causing quite a stir within the UFO and international sky watching communities.
The information was revealed according to a report from The Daily Star, and has given risen to a “conspiracy frenzy” as people worldwide debate the latest mystery involving the International Space Station, mysterious objects, and a “powerful” video that is full of intrigue, and at times, confusion.
ISS video shows hundreds of mystery objects passing ISS in April
The “baffling footage” appears to show the swarm of lights moving in formation past the space station on April 4, according to the bizarre video spotted by a man named Rodrigo Alvarez on the ISS live feed.
Hundreds of strange lights appear to pass the space station, flickering and remaining in the same position before disappearing out of sight.
The video was shared to the man’s YouTube channel that day, before being shared to conspiracy channel Mavi 777, where it was seen several thousand times.
In response to the video, one commenter noted the strange activity that somehow slipped through the cracks on a live streaming channel that he says has engaged in censoring paranormal activity in years past.
“All of a sudden, the ISS is showing lots of activity of orbs and strange lights etc.,” the commenter said.
“A year or so back, anything that came into view on their live stream camera would be blocked, covered or have a lost signal,” another said.
“That ISS video is powerful,” a third person added according to the Mail.
This type of video is hardly new according to the report, as a strange ring-shaped object was seen floating past the ISS, bearing a similarity to one of the most famous sightings ever. A mysterious “disc-shaped” UFO was also seen in October 2019 interrupting a space walk undertaken by NASA.
Most of those who watched the video say that alien existence is a reality, and also state that it is clear that the extraterrestrial beings are gearing up for the first contact with the human world.
Another possible explanation is that the lights are simply coming from heavily-populated areas on Earth that seem to be moving as the ISS orbits the Earth. While it’s not as exciting of a conclusion as the UFO theory, the idea has been gaining traction as more information has been revealed.
“Skeptics have a more convincing explanation,” wrote one user Laurence in the comments section of an article on the landmark sighting. “According to them, the lights could be coming from heavily populated areas on the earth that seem to be moving as the International Space Station orbits.”
Still, the sheer size, formation, and magnitude of these lights and their presence in the sky is enough to indicate that the footage is something that will be discussed for years to come.
The massive constellation of lights seen in the video can be found just past the 13-minute mark.
