John Ramirez: Humans are hybrids and there are larger classified UFO programs than AATIP. In the 1940s, the CIA first became involved with UFOs. Since then, several former US military personnel and CIA officers have advanced ufology by making startling comments. Former CIA and US military officials, including R. James Woolsey, John Brennan, Jim Semivan, Lue Elizondo, and others, have described how the existence of reality around us that we cannot perceive could be a important aspect of the UFO phenomenon.
Since 2021, John Ramirez, who spent 25 years at the CIA, has provided truthful information about UAPs that he learned in his career. He is a very intelligent person who has a great deal of knowledge and experience regarding the US intelligence apparatus and the UAP issue. He has had an impressive presence on social media after revealing many UAP-related mysteries that no government official had ever discussed in public.
CIA retiree John Ramirez, who specialized in ballistic missile defense systems, worked for the CIA from 1984 to 2009, holding positions in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Science and Technology Directorate, and the Intelligence Directorate. . He earned a GS-15 rating, indicating that he worked for the agency in a relatively high capacity.
His appearance on the acclaimed Witness Citizen podcast on October 17, 2021 created quite a stir in the UFO community. Ramirez later appeared on Project Unity, where he delivered a series of slides to help investigators navigate the FOIA process. Ramírez was particularly helpful in identifying the appropriate agencies to contact when requesting particular types of information.
The slides, which are available online, also include historical UFO information and current statements made by prominent former US intelligence officials, including John Ratcliffe, the former director of national intelligence. He outlined an outline of how to investigate a CIA-style UFO:
Establish a group to investigate and evaluate sightings;
Determine the objectives of your research;
Consult with experts;
Create a reporting system to organize incoming cases;
Eliminate false positives;
Develop a methodology to identify common aircraft and other aerial phenomena that are often mistaken for UFOs;
Examine witness documentation;
Conduct controlled experiments;
Collect and analyze physical and forensic evidence and discourage false reports.
Ramírez made assumptions regarding the current UFO disclosure procedure, and it appears that his views may have been influenced by current or former members of the intelligence community, or perhaps by persons associated with the Department of Defense. During his interview with Project Unity, Ramirez stated that the US government is currently not talking about the occupants of the UFO craft. This is a significant comment from Ramírez, who has affirmed his view that UFOs may represent a non-human form of intelligence.
Ramírez is not the first CIA agent to claim that UFOs could be non-human intelligence. John Brennan, former CIA director, suggested that UFOs could be “a different way of life”. Brennan said: “You try to make sure you have as much data as possible in terms of images and also different types of technical sensor collection that you have at the time.”
“Also, I think it’s important to reach out to other environments and find out if there was any kind of weather phenomenon at the time that could have created the appearance of the phenomenon you’re seeing. Were there any things that were happening on the ground or other types of phenomena that could help explain what appears to be a mystery as to what is there? You have to approach it with an open mind, but get as much data as possible and get as much experience as possible.”
Ramírez made an intriguing statement in response to the rumor that the US government is reluctant to talk about potential UFO occupants. The US Air Force may be partially to blame for this current posture, according to Ramírez. However, not for obvious reasons. He commented:
“The air force and their exploitation of that kind of technology messed things up, because when people see the triangular craft and they’re not flying in space but in our atmosphere, it indicates the fact that we know what triangles are. they are and we want people to think they are seeing UFOs because then people won’t know exactly what they are seeing.”
Some speculated that Ramírez is suggesting that the USAF may be responsible for the sightings of triangular aircraft, which some have dubbed TR3B. On Joe Rogan’s experience, Tom Delonge hinted that the US government owned such vessels, but also said that some of them belonged to other intelligence. Delonge claimed that triangle-shaped ships, assuming they contain tail fins, symbolize human technology.
According to a member of the US House of Representatives, Tim Burchett, it could all have started after the government recovered the crashed alien vehicles. During an interview for On Balance With Leland Vittert, Burchett was asked about the Navy’s possession of more UFO videos that it is unwilling to release to the public for national security reasons.
First, Burchett again highlighted the cover-up of UFOs by intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense, recalling what happened in the last public hearing in Congress. “We’re the most technologically advanced nation in the world and we’re being presented with these lousy videos that, during the hearing, couldn’t even pause properly to show us two or three frames,” he said. “Everything is wrong, they don’t trust us. It’s about power and control,” he added.
Vittert then asked the congressman about the statement issued by the Navy and how they refuse to release any more videos showing UAP. He questioned whether this could be because it is a proprietary technology that adversary nations should not know about. The congressman responded by saying that he believes the US government has likely reverse-engineered alien technology. He stated that many sightings take place at military installations or in restricted airspace.
If anti-gravity ships exist, then potentially such technology will be disclosed through the disclosure process. Former Senator Harry Reid has already claimed that Lockheed Martin may have UFO materials, so perhaps the technology exists. According to Lue Elizondo, the disclosure procedure and possible international collaboration (including with China) can lead to amazing technological advances.
Ross Coulthart, an investigative journalist, in his recent tweet shared a link to a YouTube video (which is now private), claiming that John Ramirez tells IUFOC that the agency’s bizarre desk investigations into UAP have never stopped since the 1940s. “These are ongoing programs from the beginning. They are still there.” It is “more than” just the Pentagon’s AAWSAP-AATIP. See the following Twitter thread to understand the context Coulthart is trying to explain.
15 Lue: «there for them to ask me questions. But it was very clear to me that AATIP was not the first of its kind effort. There was an organized effort back in the 80s to do exactly this as well. Now how far they got, I don’t know because what was told to me, verbatim,

“There to ask me questions. But it was very clear to me that AATIP was not the first effort of its kind. There was an organized effort in the 1980s to do exactly this as well. Now how far they got, I don’t know why they told me, verbatim,” Elizondo said.
Ramírez also experienced what could be considered alien abduction-type experiences, including being placed on an examination table in a circular craft. Interestingly, several of his counterparts at the CIA and NSA also had experiences with UFOs, he revealed. In his missile defense work, he noted times when Russian radar picked up unusual craft and, in one case, said they tried to lure a UAP to land.
Ramirez noted that CIA historian Gerald Haines wrote about the agency’s study of UFOs from 1947 through the 1990s, for a division initially called the Office of Scientific Intelligence. What was particularly intriguing to Ramirez is that the division had life sciences and medical personnel on staff, indicating a possible interest in alien bodies.
He also described how an Air Force pilot in the plane that flew near Kamchatka to monitor the Russian tests observed a huge “milky white wall” of light flying toward him at 6,200 mph, although the Air Force assumed it was some kind of countermeasure by the Russians. . Regarding military sightings of “trans-medium” UAPs like Tic Tacs, Ramírez said he does not believe that Russia or any other foreign country has the capacity to produce this type of anti-gravity technology.
Elizondo raised these points in several interviews, but in this one, he was asked to elaborate on his comments about how our senses are reductive and limit our reality, and how this might be relevant to the phenomenon.
In his interview with Project Unity, Ramírez opined that humans are hybrids. According to him, Elizondo can’t use the word “hybridization,” but Pentagon employees are counting on him eventually. Elizondo discussed the possibility that nonhuman intelligence has long been in contact with humans on the Theories of Everything podcast. This would imply that we have all forgotten our past, which would hide the possibility that we are hybrids of humans and aliens.
