Mermaid or Triton rescue in Poland
Since nearly three-quarters of the earth is covered in water, it’s no surprise that mysterious creatures lurk in the oceans. But among all these creatures, mermaids and mermen have captured the human imagination for centuries. Greek mythology contains stories of the god Triton, the mermaid messenger of the sea, and several modern religions. Such as Hinduism and Candomblé (an Afro-Brazilian belief), worship a mermaid goddess. In folklore, mermaids are associated with bad luck and misfortune. These creatures, with their song, lured sailors and their ships to dangerous rocks, so that they eventually drowned. In this article we will talk about how the rescue of the mermaid took place.
But, apparently, mermaids and mermen were not only simple mythological creatures, as there were many real sightings. In 2009, several witnesses claimed to have seen a real mermaid on the beach in Kiryat Yam, Israel. One of the first people to see the mermaid said he was with friends when they saw the woman stretched out on the sand in a strange way. At first they thought it was a swimmer, but when they got closer, they were surprised to see that he had a big tail. Just before the creature disappeared into the water.

The mermaid case even reached the city’s tourism board. Who offered a million dollar reward to the first person to photograph the creature. In 2015, observations of these creatures continue. This time, a cryptic video posted on YouTube shows an alleged “mermaid” in Poland.
Triton from Poland
According to The Inquisitr News, the cryptic video shows men. Dressed in biohazard suits carrying a newt on a stretcher. Apparently, the video was filmed in Poland, although there is no further information about it, neither the date nor the exact location. On a video that lasts a little less than a minute and a half. Men in white suits are seen surrounding the mysterious creature. And they carry him along with two other men dressed in paramedic suits.
When the men in white suits pick up the supposed newt, what appears to be a large fish tail is visible. Then they put a strange creature on a stretcher, and then you can see what a long beard the newt has. The men, dressed as paramedics, then move the merman to an unknown location.
Needless to say, the video has gone viral on social media. Where thousands of users expressed their surprise and offered their theories to explain the mysterious material. Since its publication, many conspiracy theorists believe that the video is the ultimate proof of the existence of the mythical newt. Some even went further to make sure that the newt could be of extraterrestrial origin.
In Greek mythology, Triton is a mythological Greek god. The son of Poseidon and Amphitrite, the most famous sea herald in the world. He lived under water, either on the coast of Greece, or on the coast of Libya, or in Lake Tritonis. A mythical lake that must be modern Tunisia or Libya.
Truth or lie?
And unsurprisingly, naysayers dismissed the video as a prank, suggesting it could be a movie set; a crime scene or part of a viral marketing campaign. Others point out that the video bears some resemblance to a “strange creature” filmed by a stream in a valley near Beijing.
As you may remember, a Chinese tourist photographed the mysterious creature while on a hike with friends for several days. The mainstream media picked up on the news and linked the strange creature to the famous “Gollum” from The Lord of the Rings. But shortly after, one person said it was him when he was filming a sci-fi movie. Although the conspiracy theorists claimed that the creature was real and they just wanted to hide the truth.
