Former Israeli Space Chief Claims That E̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳s Are Working With H̳u̳m̳a̳n̳s̳ On Mars In U̳n̳d̳e̳r̳g̳r̳o̳u̳n̳d̳ Bases

Eshed went on to say that a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s are waiting for humanity to progress and achieve a particular level of understanding before they can properly comprehend space and spaceships. They also struck a pact with humanity to do experiments on Earth and conduct research alongside them in order to better understand the fabric of the cosmos.
